If you would like to stop customers booking certain slots online you will need to block them by following this guide.
First you need to select the slot or slots you would like to block. Click on the green bar beside the time to enable the red glow. This glow signals the slot is selected. Alternatively, to block all the slots for a room you can press the two down arrows to the right of the room name to highlight all slots.
On the top right of the calendar display click the button 'Block Selected'.
If required enter comments for staff to see the reason why the slot is blocked. You can also choose from the list of predefined reasons that will show on the customer booking form as to why the slot is blocked or how to get in contact should they want to book that particular slot.
