A staff note is a message that is added to a booking (usually a piece of information about the booking) but can only be viewed by staff members.
Step One.
Navigate to the booking you need to add a note to. Click the eyeball icon to view the booking
Step Two.
Along the top of the booking, click "Notes."
Step Three.
Add your note to the "Enter Notes" box and then sign off the note with your name in the "Your Name" box. Click the blue "Save" button in the bottom right to save your note.
Staff can see a note has been left on the booking if the eyeball icon appears green, and there is a number next to "Notes."
