Navigate to the booking you are wanting to cancel. Click the eyeball icon.
At the bottom of the booking click "Cancel Booking." If you are cancelling a room/s for a multi booking, an orange box will appear at the bottom of the booking showing the rooms attached to the booking - select the room/s you wish to cancel.
Decide first whether or not you want a cancellation email to be sent to the email of the customer. If you do not want a cancellation email to be sent, assure that the "Send Email Cancellation" box is not ticked first.
Select one of the reasons for cancellation provided.
Please note; as soon as you have selected a reason for cancellation, the booking will automatically cancel.
