Customers may want to leave a comment or ask you a question when they are making their booking on the booking form. By enabling this option you give them the ability to leave a comment. When customers leave a comment it will appear at the bottom of their booking in an orange box.
Navigate to the settings option, and select the 'Booking Form' wizard.
This setting is found on the 2nd tab 'Process'.
Scroll down to 'Would you like customers to able to leave comments when making a booking?' and toggle this option to the right to either activate or deactivate.
Additional options will now appear. Enter what you want customers to see in the comments box under the heading 'Explain to your customers what kind of comments should be entered here' e.g " Do you have any other questions relating to your booking?"
Click Save at the bottom of the box.
You can add an additional two questions by activating the toggles at the bottom.
