Customers may want an answer to their comment or question they left when they made the booking. You can activate or deactivate this option.
Step One.
Navigate to the settings option, and select the 'Booking Form' wizard.
Step Two.
This setting is found on the 2nd tab 'Process'.
Step Three.
Scroll down to 'Would you like customers to be able to request a response to their comments?' and toggle this option to the right to either activate or deactivate.
Step Four.
You can edit what the question is in the box below this under 'What message would you like customers to see when requesting a response?' e.g "If this comment requires a response from us, please tick this box."
Step Five.
Click Save at the bottom of the box.
